Enquiries and bookings
The form on this website is a booking enquiry, not a confirmed reservation or payment. After you submit it, we will contact you to discuss availability, routes, and dates. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you directly.

Our activities
KOMPASS offers kayaking, camping, and hiking experiences in a natural outdoor environment. These activities carry inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow the safety instructions given by our guides. We may refuse or stop participation where safety requires it (for example, due to weather or river conditions).

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information in your enquiry and for informing us of any medical conditions or limitations relevant to the activity. Participants must be of an appropriate age and fitness for the chosen route, or accompanied as required.

Changes and cancellations
Weather, water levels, and other factors beyond our control may require us to reschedule or adjust a route. We will do our best to offer an alternative. Any cancellation terms will be agreed with you at the time your booking is confirmed.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KOMPASS is not liable for loss or injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions or from risks inherent to outdoor activities.
